This notice covers the email list for news about FIRMA QUI and its Kickstarter launch.
Who is responsible
The data controller is mSPV Srl, tax code and VAT no. 04372110249. For privacy questions, requests or withdrawal of consent, contact info@valutaildeal.it.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address, your consent choice and the details needed to record your sign-up. If you arrive through a campaign, we may collect its source parameters (UTM). Netlify, which technically handles the form, may process technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use your email to send news about the game and let you know when the FIRMA QUI Kickstarter campaign launches. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Signing up is optional; without an email address and consent, we cannot add you to the list.
How to withdraw consent
You can leave the list at any time by emailing info@valutaildeal.it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before your request.
Service providers and international transfers
Netlify hosts the site and form, and receives and stores sign-up submissions on the controller's behalf. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, the safeguards required by data protection law apply under the service provider's agreements.
How long we keep data
We keep data to manage the list and communications about the launch. We remove it from the list when you withdraw consent or when launch communications end. Limited proof of consent or withdrawal may be kept for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or handle a dispute.
Your rights
Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, email info@valutaildeal.it.
Cookies and profiling
This landing page does not include advertising pixels or analytics tools that profile visitors. We do not use form data for automated decisions.
